Balinese Dance Tour program is special tour to enjoy Barong Dance on the morning, Legong and Kecak dance on afternoon session. Barong dance performance start at 09.30 am, Legong and Kecak dance performance start at 18.30.

By this tour program, you can see the real life Balinese dance performance in the beautiful theater. Balinese Dance has the fantastic movement and action from the body including the eyes of the dancers.

BARONG DANCE TOUR

We provide Barong dance by Catur Eka Budhi that located at Kesiman, Denpasar Bali. To enjoy Barong dance, our driver will pick you up to your hotel at 08.00 am. Barong dance start at 09.30 am and will be finish at about 10.30 am.

Barong dance is an exciting dance that performed two side of the life influence 'bad and good'. Rangda is symbolizing the bad and Barong as a god. Rangda as a bad which two of them are always apposite each other and Rangda it self is drawing as a woman with the hair raising face and she always want spread the bad influence to all people in the world, however Barong is always rescue the moment when Rangda do the bad thing.

LEGONG AND KECAK DANCE

Legong Dance
The Legong dance is the quintessential Balinese dance in all its glory. A classical dance that springs from age-old temple dances performed to appease the gods, the Legong is the epitome of grace and beauty. It is characterised by highly stylised slow movements. Its delicacy is heightened by the fact that is performed by richly costumed young dancers (sometimes only four years old), many of whom retire at the tender age of 18.

Kecak Dance
The Kecak Dance tells the Indian story of Ramayana. Rama, a warrior and rightful hier to the throne of Ayodya, is exiled with his wife Sita to a faraway desert. There, an evil king spies Sita, falls in love with her, and sends a golden deer to lure Rama away. Sita is captured, and Rama rounds up his armies to defeat those of the evil king and rescue her.

Our driver will pick you up to your hotel lobby at 17.00 or based on your hotel location for the dance start at 18.30.
